These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the provision of services and use of the website novalumen.org (“Website”) by NOVALUMEN LTD (Company number: 16714847), registered at First Floor Office, 3 Hornton Place, London, W8 4LZ, United Kingdom (“we”, “our”, “us”).
By using our services or accessing the Website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services or Website.
1. Services Provided
1.1 Scope of Services
NOVALUMEN LTD provides digital marketing and advertising services, including but not limited to:
Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
Social Media Marketing (SMM)
Pay-Per-Click advertising (PPC)
Content strategy and creation (graphics, video, copywriting)
Account audits and consultancy
All services are delivered according to the description of the selected package on the Website. Additional services are agreed in writing and invoiced separately.
1.2 No Guaranteed Results
We do not guarantee specific outcomes (e.g., ranking positions, sales volume). We commit to applying reasonable skill, care, and professional standards in delivering services.
2. Client Responsibilities
2.1 Materials and Access
Clients must provide:
Accurate and complete information
Access to accounts, platforms, or software necessary for service delivery
Content, branding guidelines, and other requested materials
Clients must provide all required materials within 3 business days of our request. Delays may affect service timelines.
2.2 Review and Feedback
Clients must review deliverables within 3 business days of receipt and provide feedback according to agreed schedules. If no response is received, deliverables are considered accepted.
3. Project Timelines, Revisions & SLA
3.1 Milestones and Delivery
Project milestones and delivery dates will be agreed in writing for each project. Services begin within 1 business day after payment, subject to receipt of client materials.
3.2 Revisions
Standard agreements include 2 rounds of revisions at no additional charge unless otherwise agreed. Additional revisions may incur extra fees.
3.3 Service Level (SLA)
Response time for inquiries and revision requests: within 24 hours during business hours (8AM–6PM UK time)
Support is provided through agreed channels (email, chat)
NOVALUMEN LTD is not responsible for delays caused by client-provided materials or external factors.
4. Fees, Payment, and Refunds
4.1 Fees
All fees are agreed in writing prior to project commencement.
4.2 Payment Methods
Accepted payment methods include bank transfer, Visa/Mastercard, and other agreed methods.
4.3 Payment Terms
Payment is due within 30 days of invoice.
Late payments incur interest of 8% above the Bank of England base rate.
4.4 Refund Policy
Full Refund: If services have not started and written request is submitted within 7 days of payment.
Partial Refund: If work has started, refunds are proportional to the portion of services not yet delivered.
No Refund: Services already provided are non-refundable.
Written refund requests must be submitted to contact@novalumen.org.
5. Intellectual Property
Pre-existing intellectual property remains the property of the original owner.
Materials created by NOVALUMEN LTD remain our property until full payment is received, after which ownership transfers to the client.
NOVALUMEN LTD may use anonymized work samples for portfolio or promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed.
6. Limitation of Liability & Indemnity
NOVALUMEN LTD is not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
We do not guarantee marketing outcomes.
Clients are responsible for the content they provide; NOVALUMEN LTD is not liable for third-party claims arising from client materials.
NOVALUMEN LTD holds professional liability insurance for provided services.
Service interruptions, errors, or delays outside our control are not our responsibility.
7. Use of Website
Users must not: distribute malware, spam, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with website functionality.
All website content is protected by copyright.
We do not guarantee the website will be error-free, virus-free, or suitable for a particular purpose.
8. Data Protection
Personal data is processed according to our Privacy Policy and UK GDPR.
Rights include access, correction, deletion, objection, portability, and the right to lodge a complaint with the ICO.
Personal data may be stored outside the UK with safeguards.
Retention periods:
Personal details from forms: up to 3 years
Email subscriptions: until unsubscribed
Analytics data: 24 months
